Can we pick up our own rentals?
No, per Company Policy we only offer delivery so we are aware of where our supplies are and when they will be back in stock for the next delivery.
Is this pricing per day?
Yes, we rent per day/per event. You are only charged for the day of your event, even though delivery might be the day before your event and picked up the day after.
Am I able to change my order?
Yes, you are able to change the order up to 1 week before delivery.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my rental reservation?
Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event, we will refund 80% of the total rental. There will be no refunds the week prior to the rental reservation, unless cancellation is due to weather conditions. In that case, we will either reschedule your event, or refund up to 80%.
What is the delivery fee?
Depending on the size of the order and where the event is located, the typical order will have a delivery fee of between $45-$60. Large orders for weddings and corporate events are typically between $80-$100.
How do I pay for the rentals?
Payment options of Zelle or Venmo are listed on the invoice that will be emailed to you. We also accept cash at delivery if that is discussed beforehand. There is a 3% upcharge if you need to to use a credit card at delivery, to cover our fees.
When do I need to pay for the rental reservation?
Most customers pay when they receive the emailed invoice. Payment in full must be made 2 weeks prior to the reservation to hold supply and get you solidified on our schedule.
*Larger orders will need to have 25% of the total made up front to hold your spot on our schedule.
